So, I’m coming up on the 1 year birthday of this blog, but I haven’t posted in three weeks! I’m sorry for the absence, but we have been dealing with sickness, family stuff, and other things that have taken my attention away from posting. I hope to get back in the kitchen and posting soon, but we’ve got to kick this flu thing, first.

So here’s the deal:

While I’m resting up (sort of…), I’d love to get a bunch of ideas together of things to cook, recipes to modify, foods to try, etc. To do this, I could use YOUR help! What are some things you would like to see made allergy friendly? Do you like the dessert recipes, or would you like to see more meal options? Is there something you make that you would like to share? Let me know, and when I can get back to cooking, hopefully, we’ll have a whole new crop of great ideas to share.
